Traveling east on I-640 - take the Washington Pike exit and then turn left on Washington Pike. After traveling under I-640, turn right to stay on Washington Pike at the Red Light

(Target Shopping Center). Follow Washington Pike for 1.2 miles LifeSpring property will be on your left across from Edmondson.

Traveling West on I-640 - Take Exit 8 and follow Mall Rd to Washington Pike. Turn right on Washington Pike and stay right at the red Light on Washington Pike.

Follow Washington Pike for 1.2 miles - LifeSpring property will be on your left across from Edmondson.
